Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Sign up and read your welcome email.

After you sign up for the program you'll receive a welcome email with a special email address. In that email will also be a few questions that I'd like you to answer for me so I can get to know your business a bit so I can help you more. Your program begins the next business day after you sign up: Sign up Sunday, Start Monday; Sign up Monday, start Tuesday).

Step 2: Send your first question (and the answers to my questions)

Your questions can be extremely specific, such as, "Can you suggest a variation of this headline?" or extremely broad, such as, "What are some steps I can take to identify my niche?" Think of asking questions that will be answered as, "Your first step is..."

Step 3: Take action on my answers.

Every coaching day (Monday-Thursday), you receive an email back from me with my answer to your most recent question. (Remember, if you don't send a question, you won't hear from me; I'll assume you're busy with special projects and I won't bother you.)

Within 90 days, your business should have shifted to a whole new place. As always, your benefits depend on how much you actually DO to implement the guidance I'll be giving you.

Terms

(1) One question per day.

If you have a second question, make a note to ask it the next day. If you send more than 1 question, I will answer the first so I have time for other clients (and because I don't want to overwhelm you with action steps).

As you think of questions, write them down as they come to you on a dedicated piece of paper or file on your computer; that way you will get all your questions answered.

(2) Use time between sessions.

You will be experiencing shifts and results between questions, so we will take time off: weekends (including Fridays and major holidays). You will most likely find that these downtimes are extremely productive and yield surprising outcomes.

(3) Ask anything that's related to building your business.

You may have a specific goal you want to accomplish in 90 days, or you may want support for a handful of projects and tasks. I'm fairly techie but not a tech-master. If you ask a tech question I'll do my best to connect you to someone who can help.

(4) Keep your questions specific, related to your own business and reasonable.

For instance, "Please give me the 10 best ways to write a headline" or "How can I transform my website to get 50 more clients next month" are not realistic. Additionally, "done for you" copywriting is not included in this program.

(5) Be proactive. When you don't send a question, you don't hear from me: I'll assume you are busy and won't disturb you. Try to send questions to reach me by 9 AM Eastern/NY Time. (If you're in a different time zone, send questions the night before if you prefer).

(6) Keep to one question a day. If you skip a Monday, you can't send 2 questions on Tuesday. Remember that it's not a numbers game: sometimes the answer to just one or two questions will justify your time and investment in the entire program.

(7) The program is just 90 days. You are free to take time off during the program, but your coaching time will remain the same. The idea to create some momentum and get through specific action steps.
